Red Rock Builders partners, Bryan and Katie Turner, set the standard for excellence. Both grew up in the industry, where each of their families earned an outstanding reputation as quality neighborhood and home builders. With their vast knowledge and history, Bryan and Katie joke their union was much more than a marriage - it was a merger. The Turner’s continue the tradition of excellence today building homes with great care and consideration for quality and value.
Red Rock, a Certified Energy Star Builder, integrates state of the art environmental technology in the creation of all their homes. The Turner’s were thrilled when Red Rock was asked to partner with the City of Edmond to construct the first certified Edmond Electric Energy Efficient (E4) Home. Not only built to Energy Star Certification, this home has the addition of geothermal heating and air as well as foam insulation in the roof’s lining. With special financing now offered on certified energy efficient homes, the E4 home is affordable, comfortable and sustainable.

Bryan Turner
When a person does something the right way for nearly 30 years, people start to take notice. Bryan Kim Turner began his career in 1979 building homes during the summer months to finance his college education. Growing up in the business, Bryan attained a great deal of knowledge and experience about the home building industry. Today, his true passion is energy efficiency which is why he was thrilled to be named the builder of the first E4 home in Edmond!
Bryan is the past President of the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders Association, and has served on the Board of Directors of the State and National Homebuilders since 1985. As a reward for his hard work he was selected the Association?s 1988 Homebuilder of the Year. He has also served as Chairman on the Parade of Homes Committee.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Bryan holds the highest attainable rank in the Boy Scouts of America, Eagle Scout and is very active as an adult leader of Troop 78. Bryan is happiest out of doors, whether it is riding his bike or climbing a mountain, he has a great appreciation and respect for nature. He and his wife, Kate, have three children and reside in Edmond.
Katie Turner
With an impressive list of accomplishments, Katie?s role at Red Rock is multi-faceted. She oversees all aspects of the business office including day to day contact with clients, contractors and vendors. Katie has a degree in Public Relations and Communications from Central State University and is an important part of the Red Rock marketing team.
Early in her career, Katie worked?with her father, Neal McCaleb,?in his firm?and became very familiar with the inner-workings of the residential construction business. Over the last two decades, she and Bryan have worked hand in hand creating a partnership that reflects their individual strengths and areas of expertise. Today with Red Rock Builders, Katie carries on the tradition of superior craftsmanship, responsible business practices and perhaps most importantly, outstanding customer care.
Married to Bryan for 24 years, Katie feels her greatest accomplishment is in raising her three delightful and engaging children. She enjoys bicycling, cooking and planning festive family get-togethers.
